That’s what doula support is.
It’s not about fixing things or doing it for you. It’s about being the steady presence who walks beside you from pregnancy through to early postpartum, who holds space for your questions, your fears, and your "I have no idea what I’m doing" moments without blinking.
I support all kinds of births. Home, hospital, caesarean, and free birth. I’m here for you and your birth partner. I don’t replace your midwife or your support team, I work alongside them, helping you feel held and heard.
I work in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Including Bedford, Aylesbury, Northampton, and Oxford. If you're nearby but not sure if you're in range, feel free to message and ask.
Here’s what working with me looks like:
We meet a few times before your birth, time to get to know each other, talk through your hopes, your history, what helps you feel safe, and what you’re still figuring out.
From 10 days before your due date, I’m on call 24/7. Ready when things start happening.
I’ll be with you throughout your birth, wherever and however it unfolds, offering continuity, calm, and someone who already knows how to support you.
After your baby arrives, I’ll visit you twice: once in those early days, and again when the dust starts to settle.
You don’t need to come with a birth plan or a certain way you want to do it. You don’t even need to know what you want yet. We’ll figure it out together.
I offer one clear package with one price. So you know you’ll have steady, grounded care from someone who’s already invested in you.

2 postnatal visits
